The Arrangment Process
This course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. What you will learn about in this course includes:
- Establishing rapport with your client's family in an interview situation
- Identifying and assisting the key decision-makers on the desired funeral outcomes
- Explaining the legal requirements for a funeral, including BDM and cremation documentation
- Designing the format of the funeral according to the family's wishes
- Arranging for final disposition of the deceased
